Antioxidant bests

I spend hours every day working with people on the basic elements of their health and health goals. I find that too many people are comming in with fatigue and depression and low energy with lack of sleep. When I look at the nuiences of what these people eat and do daily I see a common pattern emerging. We do not get enough nourishment. This is happening on a large scale both nutritionally and emotionally. Then a cycle begins where we become so depleted that we get very tired and then we get more tired and we can't do the right health promoting things and then we get more tired. I have been in this cycle myself a time or two, with three children and a busy Naturopathic Medical Practice to work I don't always find the right balance. So the one thing I continuously do is implement the right nutrition, so if everything else is haywire I can support my body.
One of the most basic nutrient needs is a good antioxidant. Since oxidative damage leading to chronic inflammation is the most common cause of all disease, to prevent this is essential. Using a product like MaxGXL allows the body to have the building blocks of glutathione production and be able to increase production on its own. Many people are very excited about various antioxidant promoters like acai berry or gogi berry. These are amazing food sources of anitoxidants and use of these will enhance your health. However, they do not work as effectively at reducing inflamation or bolstering cellular antioxidant levels as something that increases glutathione.
There is no perfect solution to preventing disease or maintaining long term health. The honest truth is that you must be supporting health on more than one front to overcome the odds per say, but if you put in place basic, sound, solid nutrition and support, you will get a head start. I only recommend products that are usable, produce results and have worked for me. In order to push past the onslaught of poor nutrition, chronic pollution and toxin exposure that we all have been exposed to, we need to stick to the basics, and allow our cells to get naked and express their true, perfect nature.
